1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PocketIQ Wealth ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. These terms apply to all users of the App, including both free and Pro subscribers.

2. Description of Service

PocketIQ Wealth is a suite of financial calculators and planning tools designed to help users understand and explore personal finance concepts. The App includes tools for loan calculations, debt payoff planning, net worth tracking, budgeting, retirement planning, and more.

The App is offered in two tiers:

Free: Core calculators available at no cost with no account required.
Pro: Advanced planning and tracking features available via auto-renewing subscription.

3. Not Financial Advice

PocketIQ Wealth is an educational tool. All calculations, projections, and content provided by the App are for informational and illustrative purposes only and do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice.

Results generated by the App:

Are based on the information you enter and mathematical formulas — they are estimates, not guarantees
Do not account for your complete financial situation, risk tolerance, or individual circumstances
Should not be used as the sole basis for any financial decision

We strongly recommend consulting a licensed financial advisor, tax professional, or attorney for advice specific to your situation.

4. Pro Subscription

PocketIQ Wealth Pro is an auto-renewing subscription available on a monthly ($4.99/month) or annual ($29.99/year) basis. Subscription details:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
Introductory pricing (free trials or promotional rates) is available to new subscribers only
Refunds are governed by Apple's refund policy — contact Apple Support for refund requests

5. Accuracy of Calculations

While we strive to provide accurate calculations, Floris Labs LLC makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any calculation or result produced by the App. Financial calculations may be simplified and may not reflect all fees, taxes, market conditions, or other factors that affect real-world outcomes.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the App only for lawful purposes
Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
Not use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the App
Take responsibility for any decisions made based on App outputs

7. Intellectual Property

PocketIQ Wealth, including its name, logo, design, and all content, is the property of Floris Labs LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Floris Labs LLC does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Floris Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from decisions made based on App calculations.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction where Floris Labs LLC is registered.
