1. Information We Collect

PocketIQ Wealth does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. Specifically, we do not collect:

• Your name, email address, or any contact information
• Financial account numbers or bank credentials
• Transaction history or financial data of any kind
• Location data
• Device identifiers used for tracking
• Usage analytics sent to external servers

All data you enter into PocketIQ Wealth — including numbers, entries in the Net Worth Tracker, Budget Planner, Subscription Auditor, and all calculators — is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's local storage (UserDefaults and device storage). This data never leaves your phone.

2. How Your Data Is Stored

Your data is stored locally on your iOS device using Apple's standard local storage mechanisms. This means:

• Data is only accessible on the device where you use the app
• Data may be included in your iCloud device backup if you have iCloud Backup enabled — this is controlled entirely by your iOS settings, not by us
• We have no access to any data on your device
• Deleting the app removes all locally stored data

3. Third-Party Services

PocketIQ Wealth uses the following third-party service solely for subscription management:

• RevenueCat — processes subscription purchases and tracks your subscription status. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID and your subscription transaction data from Apple. No personal information (name, email, financial data) is shared. See RevenueCat's privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.
• Apple App Store — manages all in-app purchases and subscriptions. Apple's privacy policy governs your App Store interactions.

We do not use advertising SDKs, analytics platforms, or any third-party tracking services.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

PocketIQ Wealth Pro is available as a subscription managed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not process payments directly and do not receive or store your payment information. All billing, refunds, and subscription management are handled by Apple. To manage or cancel your subscription, visit your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

5. Children's Privacy

PocketIQ Wealth does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. The app does not require account creation or any personal data to function. It is rated 4+ on the App Store.

6. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
